Offline-First POS
Keep selling when the internet drops; everything catches up later.
A till and stock system for shops with several branches. The cashier keeps ringing up sales, taking payments and printing receipts during an outage, and each sale is saved safely on the device. When the connection returns, sales and stock changes are sent to the main records. It runs in a browser, as an installable app, or as a Windows and Mac desktop program.
Cloud tills stop working when the internet fails, and stock figures drift when two people edit at once. This keeps trading going and keeps the stock counts correct.
Products, stock and sales stay on the device after the first sign-in, protected by a PIN lock.
Each sale is sent once, and a retry never counts it twice. A rejected sale stays visible so staff can fix it.
Barcode scanning, split payments (cash, card, mobile money, bank transfer), discounts, credit sales, partial returns and thermal receipts.
Every stock change is a permanent entry, with transfers between branches, stock counts and supplier purchases.
See who owes what, with debt ageing, and keep customer and supplier contacts.
Load products from CSV, Excel and other files with a preview and row-by-row error messages, and export reports.
Staff permissions are set per branch, and a history records who changed what.
